Life Luxe Gives

Life Luxe Jazz, through our non-profit organization 53017N, Inc., supports non-profit organizations and causes which raise funds and engage in hands-on work promoting education and helping to create new possibilities for those in need with limited opportunities to experience jazz music, visual arts and culinary arts.

Our goal is to enrich the lives of people and their communities where we do business. We believe lives can be changed by exposure to positive experiences that enable individuals to imagine new possibilities for their lives. Leveraging the power of music, visual and culinary arts, we want to build bridges between varied cultures and nationalities and assist in removing biases based on lack of knowledge and misinformation.

Our hope is that these experiences will create financial and personally rewarding opportunities for the residents of communities to improve their lives and the lives of their families.

Our charitable funding recipients are selected by our Board, based on their commitment to excellence and the portion of donated funds that go to the missions they support. Monies raised through 53017N, Inc. are directed to organizations who share our values and vision.

A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales from Life Luxe Jazz events raises funds for the designated charities.

Letty Coppel Foundation's goal is to increase the quality of life for people in need and concentrates its philanthropy in actions that benefit the community of Mazatlán and Cabo San Lucas, México. The problems that mainly afflict our community are in matters of: education, health, economy and family alliance.

Over time we have joined efforts to address these needs and we are now an agent of social change in our community. We design and promote programs in a sustained way that generate new productive activities such as: self-employment, motivation to improve education and sports, personal development, health care, donation of equipment and orthopedic implants for people with disabilities, permanence of our culture and traditions, family unity, rescue of forgotten spaces, support in natural disasters, as well as intervention, prevention and attention to addictions, violence, among other diverse efforts. In short, all these actions in their different spheres, together manage to strengthen each family and therefore the society.

Letty Coppel Foundation remains that one of its main goals is to always support the needy, as this segment is the most vulnerable and there is no better approach to altruistic policy to help those who need it most.

SOCIAL ASSISTANCE

We have adopted a new approach to social assistance: family and community perspective. With this orientation, we revalue the individual from their family dimension. For Letty Coppel Foundation, the most important is the wellbeing and development of all those who make up the family. So, by the integral growth of each human being, which consolidates the family, the community is strengthened and it invigorates our society. This is the base of the country we all want.

Providing economic support to children with disabilities and women with cancer

As every month Letty Coppel Foundation provides financial support to parents of children with disabilities. As well as helping to continue with therapies of children and women in cancer treatment. We also support them with the purchase of diapers and medications. This is a long-term program that aims to support family wellness.

Breakfast donation to low-income children in Los Cabos

As every week, Letty Coppel Foundation donates school breakfasts to children from different colonies in Cabo San Lucas. Of course, this supports their healthy development and growth.

Parent school

Letty Coppel Foundation concerned about the challenging task of parenting; opens a space for reflection and exchange of experiences in which fathers and mothers may give alternative ways to improve the relationship with their children to improve family ambiance and its impact in school.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Self-employment programs

The objective is for mothers to teach themselves on how to make their own crafts/ services such as handmade piñatas, jellies, hair bands, hair cutting, etc, allowing them to help better their family economy

Women in violent situations

We care for women who have been victims of any form of abuse, executing actions that permit the construction of gender equity. We support women in their personal reconstruction process, we empower their spirit and we give them labor training tools to achieve economic autonomy and personal safety, away from any kind of violence that threatens them either: physically, sexually or psychologically.

Letty Coppel Foundation is committed to a higher social responsibility and we work daily to see wellness and happiness in places where there was no hope.
